Autonomous Skill Gaming Platform
1. Introduction
Zeenzo is a decentralized, autonomous, and logic-based skill gaming platform offering peer-to-peer (P2P) prediction contests and AI-powered analytics around digital asset performance. By using the platform, you agree to all clauses within these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the Privacy Policy, and all policies referenced herein.
2. Definitions

- Digital Asset: Any tradable crypto or digital token referenced for predictions, not necessarily owned or transacted on Zeenzo.
- Smart Match: A protocol-based feature that automatically pairs users based on time, skill metrics, and prediction history.
- Leaderboard: A dynamic, protocol-managed ranking based on users’ performance across contests.
- Session: A limited-time activity period where a user engages in predictions, gameplay, or AI tool use.
- Token Economy: Any Zeenzo-issued or partnered digital token that may be used for platform engagement (if applicable).
3. Platform Autonomy and Decentralization
- Zeenzo operates as a fully automated protocol.
- All contests, matchmaking, reward decisions, referrals, and tool outputs are controlled by pre-coded logic.
- Human override is not possible unless through publicly stated updates.
- Platform downtime, maintenance, or upgrades are programmatically scheduled with user notification.
4. Expanded Eligibility Criteria
In addition to age and jurisdiction:
- You must not be currently under investigation for digital fraud or
financial crimes.
- You must not use the platform on behalf of another person without clear
authorization.
- Any use of VPNs or masking services for illegal access will result in
termination.
5. KYC, Identity & Compliance
- Zeenzo may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for large transactions, high reward tiers, or fiat conversion..
- Failure to comply with KYC, when triggered, may restrict access to rewards or P2P features..
- The platform retains the right to report suspicious financial activity to authorities as required by law.

- All predictions must be submitted before a “lock time,” after which
entries are irreversible.
- Matches are decided based on:
- Real-time or oracle-fed market outcomes.
- Prediction accuracy thresholds.
- Completion of AI-powered decision metrics (if selected).
- Zeenzo may introduce limited-time event contests, each governed by
event-specific rules.
7. Reward Structure (Detailed)
- Contest winners are rewarded via automated distribution within minutes
of result resolution.
- Rewards are issued in:
- Zeenzo digital credits.
- Supported stablecoins or tokens (if whitelisted).
- Session bonuses or referral tokens.
- Unclaimed or inactive rewards may expire after 60 days.
- Leaderboard prizes may have additional criteria such as match volume
or daily logins.
8. Referral & Binary Structure (Advanced)
- Users may earn credits via direct and indirect referrals.
- Binary logic operates on a left-right downline system.
- Referral abuse, duplicate accounts, or self-referencing will lead to disqualification and forfeiture.
- Users must maintain activity to remain eligible for

10. AI Tool Licensing & Responsibility
- AI Tools are offered under limited-use licenses, not full ownership.
- Tools use third-party data integrations and may vary in accuracy.

- Zeenzo disclaims all liability in disputes between senders and receivers of fiat P2P transactions.
13. Inactivity, Expiry & Auto-Freezing
- Accounts inactive for 90+ days may have:
- AI sessions deactivated.
- Reward credits frozen.
- Login revalidation required.
- If no login is recorded for 180+ days, data archiving may be initiated.
14. Abuse Detection & System Penalties
- The protocol employs abuse-prevention algorithms to detect:
- Match rigging.
- Timing exploits .
- Referral chain loops .
- Violators may face:
- Shadow banning.
- Immediate credit forfeiture.
- Contest disqualification.
- Permanent blacklist.
15. Public Rankings & Identity Usage
- By joining contests, you consent to:
- Display of your username and rank on leaderboards.
- Public visibility of win/loss statistics.

16. Community Interaction Guidelines

- Platform migration to another protocol.
- Blockchain fork (if applicable).

18. Indemnity Clause
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeenzo, its operators, developers, and affiliates against any losses, claims, or liabilities arising from:
- Misuse of the platform.
- Regulatory violations in your jurisdiction.
- Incorrect contest behavior or misrepresentation.
- Actions taken by your referred users.
19. Limitation of Liability
Zeenzo’s liability is strictly limited to platform function. It is not liable for:
- User decisions or missed earnings.
- Network outages or Web3 downtime.
- Data loss outside our control.
- Fiat transaction failures or reversals.
Maximum liability is limited to the contest fee for the session in question.
20. Dispute Resolution (Expanded)
- All disputes are to be handled via binding arbitration under the jurisdiction of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
- No class-action suits are permitted.
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of the incident.
21. Platform Ownership and Open Protocol

- No single corporate entity owns the game logic.

22. Force Majeure
- Zeenzo shall not be liable for delays or failures due to:

23. Modifications to Terms
